Universe, You confuse me…
When at times it seems the darkest moments are approaching, when hope dwindles and wilts like a dying bud that never had a chance to bloom.. suddenly you become the exact opposite. You show me the goodness in people, you give me the evidence I , so petty, look for. Evidence. Things, facts, words. But You give it to me..
Suddenly things have brightened! I have been given the chance of a lifetime, or life itself, as it were… the edge of a cliff with a hidden lip, a foothold I couldn’t see before.
If you aren’t quite understanding what I”m getting at.. that’s ok. Me either, BUT, I will say that I have been so filled with joy and drive since my Kickstarter goal was reached. I AM MAKING MY FIRST FULL-LENGTH ALBUM! This is something I’ve been dreaming of since I was 15, when I started my career as an independent musician and it’s finally happening!!!
So far we have raised $3,890 and we are only 38 hrs and $115 until we hit the $4,000 mark! With the extra funds I will be searching the surrounding area for the best studio musicians I can find to make this album “my opus, my pure gold baby”
